888 Holdings PLC, the holding company of the Group, completed in September 2005 a successful initial public offering of its shares, which were admitted in sales transactions of the London Stock Exchange. Since then, the 888 Group has continued to grow and embrace new fields in the field of online gambling, particularly sports betting.

Responsible and fair play
To address the problem of compulsive gambling, we have implemented a series of measures, which include:

• Prohibit any person under 18 to play with us.
• Allow members to set a limit on the amount deposited.
• Allow partners to exclude themselves from our services and have a period for reflection.
• Train employees to recognize not aged players and compulsive gambling, and take appropriate action when such problems are identified.
